C.H.A.O.S!

St. Mark's Youth Group, C.H.A.O.S, is a group of young people (Grades 7 to 12) who regularly come together and are excited about sharing and growing in their faith.
Our Youth events involve a mixture of fun games and activities, making new friends, having a few laughs, enjoying supper, and learning about Jesus.
Our Vision for Youth Ministry is:
"To be a place where Christ’s love crashes into the world’s chaos through the Holy Spirit’s partnership with ordinary people. This creates an opportunity to grow in faith, empower authentic discipleship, and equip them for their life-long faith journey."

All youth must be registered prior to attending, including parent/guardian permissions for how their young person will arrive and leave.
Youth may sign themselves in and out or leave the program in accordance with the permissions provided by their parent/guardian (including pick-up, walking home, or driving if licensed).
Leaders supervise from 6:45pm to 9:00pm, and young people will only be released according to their approved arrangements.

C.H.A.O.S is Finished for Term 1!
WORD-DAY Wednesday
Each Wednesday during the school term, we share a short devotion designed especially for our young people and their families.
How You Can Use It!
These devotions are a great way to grow in faith—whether on your own or with others. Here’s a simple way you might use them:
-
Start by sharing the highs and lows of your day or week
-
Read through the devotion together
-
Take turns reading sections to help everyone feel involved
-
Use the questions and application to spark real and meaningful conversations
This can create a space for young people to feel heard, valued, and encouraged in their faith journey.
Miss a Week?
No problem! All devotions are saved in a Google Drive folder so you can access them anytime during the week.

St. Mark's Church strongly opposes any kind of child abuse. St. Mark's Church is committed to the safety, protection and well-being of all children and young people from all forms of abuse and neglect and actively seeks to prevent its occurrence. We make every effort to provide an environment of safety and support for all children and young people.
As Christians, we know and proclaim that God loves all human beings. Responding to that love in how we behave towards one another is an important part of that message. As Jesus says in John 13:35, 'If you love each other, everyone will know that you are my disciples'.
