LCA Story of the Week:
Approximately 60 people participated in the study sessions at the first Finke River Mission Bush Course for 2022, held recently outside Mount Liebig on the western edge of the greater MacDonnell Ranges, some 325km west of Alice Springs.

LYQ Winter Camps:
Winter Kids Camp is a beautiful mix of learning about God, spending time outdoors and enjoying games with friends …. lots of good clean fun and laughter! Every morning we’ll spend time in worship and learning about God and then in the afternoons we’ll take advantage of the wide-open spaces at camp to play some epic games!
Dates: 27 June – 1 July 2022
Location: Luther Heights Youth Camp, Coolum
Price: $365 for the first 30 campers, $405 standard pricing. Registrations are now open!
CLW:
CLW (Christian Life Week) is a five-day camp for high school aged campers that is centred on an unforgettable experience of faith, fun and friendship. This winter we’re offering 4 CLW camps, two in the first week and two in the second week of the school holidays. CLW is a life-changing week filled with daily worship and study time, epic wide games and life-long friends, led by an inspirational bunch of Christian leaders.
Dates: WEEK 1 - 27 June – 1 July 2022 – WEEK 2 – 4 – 8 July

Free Community Concert:
The South-West Qld Rural and Remote Chaplains invite you to a sausage sizzle (6pm) and free community concert (7pm) on Tuesday 12 July at the Multi Purpose building at Dalby Christian College, Mary St, Dalby. More info contact Major Mark Bulow – 0428 679 664.

Prayers for the Week:
· For those in authority, such as Queen Elizabeth and her representatives; Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and members of parliament; Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and state parliamentarians; and Mayor Paul McVeigh and local councillors; for the nations of the world, that they may receive the blessing of peace
· For the Church, LCAQD; that it may reflect the communal love of God
· For the pastors Bishop Paul smith, District Bishop Mark Vainikka; Pastor Joel Pukallus and all pastors; that the Spirit may guide us into all truth
· That God would make his name known to all nations through Jesus Christ in the power of the Spirit
· For wisdom to be proper stewards of God's creation
· For all who have been baptised in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit governments and industries, that they may use God's creation wisely
· For scientists who seek to know about and use God's creation
· For parents, that they may teach faith in the Triune God to their baptised children
· For all who suffer, that they may be strengthened by hope in God
