Women’s Fellowship Annual Fees:

Women’s Fellowship Annual donations (membership) is now due, $30 it also includes Lutheran Women magazine and Newsletter. For those Ladies (and some Gents) who wish to subscribe to the Lutheran Women’s magazine only, is now $14. This includes postage. These magazine will posted directly to your postal address (please supply). Please see Chris von Pein before the end of December with your payment.

DCC Positions Vacant:

Dalby Christian College has available the following positions to commence January 2022, Grounds and Maintenance officer - full time and Receptionist - part time. For more information or to receive an application form please contact the College office on 4672 4222.

LCA Story of the Week:

In the wake of devastating and deadly bushfires in the Adelaide Hills in December 2019, Lobethal Lutheran School teamed up with Spring Head Lutheran congregation to establish an outdoor learning program and encourage local children to reconnect with the surrounding bush. The program has earned the school a national innovation award for 2021, while two other Lutheran schools have also been honoured.

Prayers for the Week:

· For those in authority, such as Queen Elizabeth and her representatives; Prime Minister Scott Morrison and members of parliament; Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and state parliamentarians; and Mayor Paul McVeigh and local councillors; that they would have the wisdom to look beyond the here and now and plan for future generations

· For the Church, LCAQD; that the church would always remain ready and watchful for the coming of Christ

· For the pastors Bishop John Henderson, District Bishop Mark Vainikka; Pastor Joel Pukallus and all pastors; and its continued witness to the world of the greatness and the holiness of God

· That those who are caught up in the worries of this life may be set free by the hope of the coming kingdom of God

· That we would see our lives from God's perspective

· That the coming season of summer may be one of rest and recreation for our land and its people
